Aryal Eden

My fiance and I recently went on vacation to Spain and Italy, with the help of one of the travel agents (Aryal Eden) from The Travel Byrds. Our experience, which I will speak to specifically from the perspective of working with Aryal, was amazing. She started by getting to know us and gauging our interests, with the goal of identifying potential hotels/excursions/experiences within our discussed budget. The process felt tailored to "us", as she provided options for almost everything and allowed us to choose within those parameters. Our preference was to be "in the middle of everything" in each city (Barcelona, Florence, Rome) and she delivered that flawlessly. We were walking distance from everything that we wanted to do in the city, which made planning each day much easier. Moreover, when things did not go according to plan (rail strike right before day a trip to Siena) we were able to get in touch with her quickly. She walked us through potential alternate options and made sure we did not miss the most anticipated part of our trip. In short, I would highly recommend using this agency (specifically Aryal)!
