Jordan at Travel Byrds was amazing. We went into our honeymoon planning not really sure where to go based on the time of year. Jordan helped us sort through options based on our timeframe as well as prepared itineraries for several options for us to review. Even when we suggested a few specific resorts, she was more than willing to look into them for us and share all of the details. As we approached our trip Jordan was communicative, making sure we had all of our documentation and records ready. We hardly did a thing! She helped us book several excursions and ensured that our plans were organized and prepared on the app before we left. Upon arrival, we received a MAJOR upgrade, which I am sure is at least partially due to Jordan and her preparations. We highly recommend Jordan as well as the Travel Byrds team as a whole!

My daughter and I used Travel Byrd’s- Jordan Hall, to coordinate our trip to France. We had the most amazing time and could not have had the experience that we did without Jordan’s help. She was on top of every detail, hotel booking, tickets, excursions that we wanted. She listened to what we wanted to do and made it happen. She knew exactly when to buy certain tickets and kept me updated at all times. I never once doubted that everything would be taken care of it. Even from our personal pickup from Blacklane.
I told Jordan that we wanted to learn how to make real Madeleines from the French. She found the best tour company to do it. It was outstanding.
I would highly recommend Jordan and the Travel Byrd’s for your next trip. She took care of everything! It was a trip that my daughter and I will always remember. And I would most definitely use them again!
