Be Your Emergency Contact
When something bad happens, there’s usually several people that need to be updated. (Both sets of parents, babysitters, bosses at work, etc.) Give your Travel Advisor a list and if something happens, they’ll take care of alerting your loved ones and making sure everyone is updated. All you have to do is focus on your recovery and getting home safely.
Provide Connections
Need to escalate a complaint? Do you think it would help if you personally knew someone that actually worked for the resort/cruise/hotel? Guess what? Your Travel Advisor does...and if they don’t, someone in our network will know an employee personally and will be able to help escalate any issues there might be. Advise on What Type of Travel Insurance You Need
Travel Insurance is NOT created equally. Did you know cruise ships won’t let you cruise if you’re 24 weeks pregnant? That’s 6 months. Most cruises are booked a year or more in advance. Did you know they will not refund you if you become pregnant and it generally is not covered by travel insurance? Did you know pandemics are not covered by travel insurance? Hurricanes either! Ask your Travel Advisor which policy will truly cover you and what your risks really are!
