My Wife and I used the Travel Byrds to plan our 2 week trip to Thailand for our honeymoon. We cannot express enough how much better our experience was because we used the Travel Byrds expertise to plan our trip! Every hotel and resort we stayed at greeted us with tea and had some sort of surprise in our room to celebrate our honeymoon waiting for us. We never told the hotels that we were on our honeymoon or asked for any of this, the TravelByrds did this for us! We received benefits like being automatically upgraded to "member" status at the Baynan Tree in Bangkok simply because we booked through the Travel byrds! We had an interesting planning experience where we had our original agent leave the company for another job, then had a replacement agent who we were not able to get a hold of. When my wife contacted other staff members of the Travel Byrds we were immediately given Tiffani who gave us quick and helpful answers to all of our questions! We both would highly recommend Tiffani for your travel plans! I will be recommending this travel agency to my friends and family, especially for trips out of the country! Haley was always pleasant and very knowledgeable about the resort we chose, ground transportation, cancellation insurance, etc.  We had constant updates up to the day we left so we were well prepared for our trip. Using Lauren Hompstead and the Travel Byrds for our international trip was a great decision! It took away all of the stress of booking lodging, travel to the country, and within it. June 2024 update: Five stars to our wonderful travel agent - Tera! We had an absolute dream trip to Italy. From our hotel to our daily tours and excursions through Rome, Tuscany and the Amalfi Coast, we could not have asked for a better-planned vacation. Tera was communicative and worked hard to give us a well-rounded experience abroad. We will now only consider booking with the Travel Byrds and hope to work with Tera again!

Travel agent extraordinaire Beth Sunderhaus is an absolute gem! My husband and I recently honeymooned stateside in New Orleans due to the pandemic and were so overwhelmed with wedding planning we had zero time to arrange the vacation of our dreams. That’s where Beth came in! After a thorough Zoom consultation, she sent us a list of fabulous lodging options and recommendations for experiences that fit our interests. They were all big hits - a hands-on cooking class and jazz tour among the highlights. Beth was also able to quickly adapt to last-minute changes beyond her control. When our original condo was out of service due to Ida, she found us an EVEN BETTER place in the heart of the French Quarter directly on top of an adorable Creole restaurant. We just returned from an 11-day cruise to Italy, Croatia, Greece, France, and Spain with a pre night in Venice and couldn’t have done it with out the help of our travel agent, Gina Rader. She is very attention to detail and meticulous,  and didn’t miss a beat! She handled everything, from booking our lovely hotel in Venice, water taxis, train, private drivers, cruise details…she even made us dinner reservations at one of the best restaurants in Venice! She had so many tips as far as what to pack and bring …so many details that i wouldn’t have known. I felt comfortable texting or calling her with any questions. She always got right back to me and had the answer. I especially loved the app that she has you download, that had all of our travel plans , flight schedule,, transportation , travel documents, travel tips,  in one convenient place.
